Phentermine.

Phentermine is a drug that will help you lose excessive weight if you are unable to do it yourself without some kind of external help. Any drugs you are taking, as well as any medical conditions you have ever been diagnosed with need to be reported to your health care provider. Make sure you never take phentermine if you have recently (within the past 2 weeks) taken such meds as phenelzine, tranylcypromine, isocarboxazid, selegiline, or rasagiline. It's important for your doctor to know if you are taking any other medications besides phentermine – such as depression meds, guanethidine, phenelzine, fluoxetine, tranylcypromine, sertraline, weight loss medications, insulin, MAO inhibitors, or fluvoxamine, as interactions have been reported. Tell your doctor if you have a history of drug or alcohol abuse, diabetes, high blood pressure, seizure disorder, anxiety disorder, heart disease, problems with your thyroid, arteriosclerosis, or glaucoma. Your dose may need to be adjusted, or your doctor will recommend some changes to your treatment schedule to make sure you get all the benefits of your treatment. Always take phentermine exactly as directed. Taking more of it is not going to make the treatment any more efficient and may result in an overdose.
